When reporting parsing bugs, coordinate discrepancies, or projection issues, including the following details helps our engineering team diagnose and patch problems rapidly:
- Geometry Payload: A minimal copyable snippet of your WKT string or GeoJSON payload where the parsing or rendering error occurred.
- Coordinate Reference System (CRS): The exact EPSG code of your input data (e.g., EPSG:4326, EPSG:3857, EPSG:27700).
- Expected vs. Actual Behavior: What shape or location you anticipated seeing versus what rendered on the map canvas.
- Browser & Operating System: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or mobile browsers, along with your OS version.

Yes! If your organization uses a regional or state plane coordinate reference system that isn't currently auto-recognized by Proj4js in our tool, send us the EPSG code or PROJCS string and we will prioritize adding it to our standard definition catalog.
